Welcome to Moonrise Ridge, an exquisite new cabin hosted by Moonrise Vacation Properties, LLC. As a small, family-owned and operated business, we are committed to elevating your guest experience to new heights.

Imagine exploring the same mountains that the iconic Queen of Country, Miss Dolly Parton, called home during her childhood. Moonrise Ridge is located just 2 miles from Dolly's childhood residence, nestled on the ridge where she penned the legendary song "My Tennessee Mountain Home." This secluded property rests on Locust Ridge in Sevierville, Tennessee, offering tranquility while still being conveniently situated just 20 minutes away from all the attractions. Whether you're heading to Cal Ripken, Rocky Top Sports World, Dollywood, Ole Red's, or the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, you'll find them all within a short drive. The best part is that the roads leading to these attractions are less crowded than the busy parkway, ensuring easier and more enjoyable travel.

Let's embark on a journey through the property. As you cross the Little Pigeon River, you'll meander through rolling pastures, catching glimpses of cattle along the riverbanks. As you approach the cabin, you'll be enveloped in peace and seclusion. The only neighbors you'll encounter are the creatures of nature, such as bears, deer, birds, and other woodland inhabitants. The beauty of the flora and fauna on this property is truly astonishing. You'll be immersed in the soothing sounds of the river, breathtaking mountain views, and the melodies of the animals that call this serene sanctuary home.

This recently constructed cabin features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Inside, you'll discover an indoor electric fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, and a delightful loft game room with air hockey, a multicade, and Boss Toss—a cornhole game. Downstairs, a haven of entertainment awaits, including our very own karaoke stage called "Live at Moonrise Ridge," complete with a monthly competition for our guests! There's also a theater room with an 86" TV and nine recliners, perfect for enjoying the big game or your favorite movies. Just bring your streaming logins!

The main floor boasts a stunning master bedroom named Texas, featuring an ensuite bathroom. This room offers a King bed, doors leading to the deck, and an extraordinary shower that will leave you in awe! Upstairs, you'll find two queen bedrooms that share a bathroom. In the basement, there's a bunk suite with two twin-over-full built-in bunks. This bedroom has a bathroom that is shared with the recreation area.

Outside, you have an acre and a half of breathtaking property to explore. An area with picnic tables and a fire pit allows you to embrace the beauty of the mountains off the ridge. The back porch is home to a relaxing hot tub, perfect for unwinding to the soothing sounds of whippoorwills and tree frogs after a day of exploring the wonders of the Smoky Mountains.

For those who enjoy grilling, we provide both a charcoal grill and a gas grill for your culinary pleasure here at Moonrise Ridge. This cabin truly is a hidden gem in the Smokies, and we are thrilled to share it with you!

Outside, you can fully immerse yourself in the beauty of the Smoky Mountains with a tranquil walking path along the ridge. Additionally, there's a cozy fire pit available. Please bring or buy your own firewood.

We gladly welcome well-trained, housebroken dogs. They must be over 18 months old and vaccinated. $35 per dog per night. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats due to severe allergies. When making your booking, please provide the age, vaccination status, and breed of each dog, and confirm that there is no history of biting.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Government ID required to be sent when rental agreement is signed for booking to be accepted. Primary renter must be age 25 or older, and must remain on site for the reservation term.
